the Northern California Ambassador for Cathy
Savage Fitness, I will be holding Saturday Sessions
in preparation for upcoming shows.
The
first hour of Saturday Sessions will include a workout consisting
of a combination of drills, plyometrics, and functional training
exercises. This workout is not only for competitors but for anyone
interested in an intense full body workout.
The
second hour is dedicated for competitors. During this time we
will practice your posing and perfect your walk. (All affiliations
welcome- Fitness America, NPC, Ms. Fitness...) Please bring a
pair of heels for this portion. For fitness competitors we can
work on strength/flexibility moves and run your routine.
You do not need to be a competitor to come to Saturday sessions.
You can come just for the workout or if you are thinking of competing
you can come and learn more about what that entails. Hope to see
